- Telephoning new prospects and existing customers to achieve call objectives up to 80 call per day.
- Completing tasks within timescales to meet team and individual objectives.
- Identifying and generating sales opportunities.
- Gaining a commitment from the customer to close the sale.
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries.
- Ensuring sales orders and enquiries are accurately recorded.
- Contribute towards continual improvement within the business to ensure that we are completing tasks as efficiently as possible.
- Adhere to and use the quality system to ensure that there is continuity in processes throughout the business.
